Individual Therapy -
       OOP: $125/50 minutes
        Insurance: $150/50 minutes
 

Intake Session/Inital Assessment -
        OOP: $150/60-90 minutes
         Insurance - $200/ 60-90 minutes

As I am a registered associate in the state of Oregon and not licensed, I can take insurance via Incident-to billing through my supervisor. However, this is at your own risk if the claim gets denied. 

Sliding Scale options and other discounts are available on a limited basis. I chose this field to provide services for people who need it, I am open and interested in problem solving a way for this to work for both of us.
